We begin with the property, the person giving instructions and the work needed. Full and partial clearances can include furniture, household contents, lofts, garages and outbuildings. Identify belongings to retain and any rooms or items awaiting a decision, so these remain outside the agreed work.

If the estate needs a document search, arrange this at the outset. Tell us which papers you are looking for, the areas to search and who should receive anything found. We can build the search into the plan before the relevant contents are removed.
