Photographs, letters, favourite furniture and small familiar objects can have a meaning that cannot be measured by their value. Identify anything the family wishes to keep, and tell us about items you are hoping to locate before the agreed clearance begins.
Agree the family’s instructions
Where several relatives are involved, a shared list and an agreed contact can help make wishes clear. Let us know which choices are still being discussed. Rooms or belongings awaiting a decision can be left outside the clearance scope.
